The visitor Management software is designed to function as a standalone platform allowing your visitors to register, comply with rules and regulations, send out notification to internal people, communicate with them and supports a check out function so you have at all moments a view on who is still in the building or not. This comes with full log file reports which can be used for emergency situations. Badge printing is an option.

Meeting room panel

Equip your meeting rooms with digital signage. Multiple colors (RGB) indicating the status of the room and connected with Outlook or Gmail. Check in / check out and syncronised with your Microsoft or Google interface.
