How do we work? A choice between Regular and Premium membership

We offer 2 options to work with us.

1. Regular: No monthly costs and 20% commission on the total monthly turnover.

2. Premium: Monthly recurring costs (depending on the number of products (private offices, desks, meeting rooms, event rooms, conference rooms, etc.) + commission of 10% on the total monthly turnover.

Access your own backend

One backend to access 1 or multiple locations. You define your content, upload your pictures, and room layout, and set up your pricing for the room rentals.

Close non-available dates

At any moment you can close your availability for one or multiple days.

Dashboards and reports

Instantly follow the bookings and/or requests of your meeting rooms or coworking space while having an overview of past, present, and future revenue.

One invoice at the end of the month

At the end of each month, you can send us an invoice. The revenue is paid to you within the next 14 days.
