The same sentiment is demonstrated right up to C-Level leaders. Quixy highlights the staggering statistic that over the next 12 months, 87% of the executives anticipate altering their real estate protocols. With so many transitioning to this flexible way of working, business leaders ahead of the curve have already turned their attention to optimising this hybrid model. The Brussels Times itself has highlighted how employees hybrid working has led to significantly lower short-term absences. For anyone with a stake in real estate or employee wellbeing (from Building Owners to Human Resource Managers), implementing new workspace management is at this stage expected.
The Covid-19 pandemic has shown us that people can work away from centralised locations, and still be productive and happy. For this reason, the hybrid model of working – also known as the Work From Anywhere (WFA) model – has recently gained a lot of interest.
