We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, email, social media and display advertising
Planning, executing and measuring experiments and A/B-tests on landing pages and our website
Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
Improving the usability and conversion rate of the Workero website
Evaluating customer research and competitor data
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
What are we looking for?
You have at least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a marketing-related field. You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus
You have 0 to 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role. Experience in a startup is a solid plus
Good knowledge of marketing channels (Google search, display, email marketing, YouTube & social media)
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar)
You know how to write convincing and conversion-driven copy
You’re not afraid of playing different roles if needed
You can be described as analytical, responsible, curious, pro-active and creative.
You are a team player
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and graphic design is a plus
You stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
