We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager to expand our partner network in Belgium and Internationally. Are you familiar with the office real estate market? Are you eager to travel, expand your network and create together with us the largest European Office Space network?

Responsibilities


Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully sign-up consistent corporates and offer the Real estate as a service to our prospects

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of international sales

Create a strong network of real estate owners, brokers and third party platforms

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

What are we looking for?


BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

You are fluent in minimum 2 languages (Dutch and English). Spanish, German or French are a plus

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, in the B2B environment

Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Strong business sense and real estate industry expertise

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
