We are looking for an Internal Sales that has the spirit of converting the business from our Heroes across Europe (users) and drive sales through his or her dedicated account management.

Responsibilities

Follow up on all incoming leads for office space and content

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Understand customer needs and requirements

Route qualified Partner opportunities to the appropriate sales for further development and closure

Close Hero sales and achieve quarterly quotas

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

Maintain and nurture the existing hero pipeline and drive bookings

Perform effective online demos to hero prospects

What are we looking for?

You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus

Proven inside sales experience

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

You are not afraid to face the client and do negotiations at the premise our Workero partners

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

BA/BS degree or equivalent

Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
